Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place your unworn boots and any accessories back into their original shoebox and shipping carton to ensure they stay protected.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
